At Pure Source we cannot stress the importance of using pure, natural and organic products on babies and children.  Most well known brands we have come to know and trust are packed with chemicals and synthetic ingredients such as pariffin liquidium and other petrochemicals.  These ingredients are more often used to 'plump' up the product making it cheaper to produce and extend the shelf life.  They can also be extremely irritating on young skin.  You may or may not know that over 60% of skin care ingredients applied to the skin will be absorbed into the blood stream and the precious skin of a baby or child is no exception to this.  So think carefully before you use your regular soap, cream, lotion, toothpaste or oil on your baby or child's skin.  The purer the better!  In the past week research has shown that there is now a possible link between pesticides and ADHD in children.  Even more reason to use organic.
