Acne is a very difficult condition to treat and is linked to three principal causative factors:

1. Excess sebum  caused by hormonal imbalance which leads to congestion and white spots
2. Build up of dead skin cells due to hyperkeratinisation, which leads to congestion and prevents the skin from breathing
3. Blemish-causing bacteria (propioni bacterum)  which thrive in an environment lacking in oxygen, due to the above causes of congestion

A treatment mask formulated to combat and help prevent acne, reduce redness and enlarged pores and lighten the appearance of pigmented acne scars. It will reduce visible blemishes and leave skin looking clear, calm and even-toned.  It contains a high 5% of Sulfur, an acne active ingredient which exfoliates, reduces inflammatory lesions and is anti-bacterial.  It also contains Japanese Licorice Extract and Zinc Gluconate which reduce inflammation and the production of sebum, natural Salicilin from Willow Bark which provides mild exfoliation and is antibacterial, Calcium Carbonate and French Clay which absorb impurities and excess sebum, Camphor a strong anti-bacterial agent which reduces pore size and an essential oil complex with combined benefits that nourish, soothe, calm and prevent scarring as well as balance hormones.  

To use:  Apply a generous amount of product onto clean skin. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.  It is advisable to use this product twice a week.
