Returns can only be made on non-perishable items. Unfortunately due to the issue of hygene, we are unable to accept the return on skin care, hair care and make-up products. If you wish to return an item that is non-perishable, then the return needs to be received within 14 days from the date of making your order. Pure Source will not be responsible for the shipping cost of returned items that are not faulty.
If there has been an error in your order, or if your order has been received damaged, please email photographs of the products in question to email@example.com along with information on your order number and we will arrange for the return and replacement of the order.
