The Perfect Night's Sleep Face Oil is an intensely nourishing, yet balancing natural face oil specifically for the night time rich in anti-oxidants and omega oils. Made with 4% essential oils and 11 oils that work together to moisturise, nourish, replenish, repair, reduce inflammation, and provide antibacterial properties.

The therapeutic Perfect Night's Sleep Cleansing Balm is an 100% natural oil based cleansing balm which deeply cleanses as well as nourishes the skin with an amazing blend of oils including a base of sweet Almond. Made with the highest quality natural and organic ingredients with a sophisticated 4% essential oil blend that has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory benefits.

It uses Chamomile for redness and irritation, Lavender to calm and Rose for inflammation, especially skin that can be hot and itchy, over dry and sensitive. All combined with rice powder, a subtle and very gentle natural exfoliant to remove the dirt and grime of the day, including make-up, whilst decongesting and cleansing deep yet being very gentle on the skin.

Both products are best used at night. It is a prime time for the skin to heal and breathe and benefit from the ingredients, as well as helping to induce sleep.

Apply the cleanser to dry skin and massage deeply with circulation. Remove with the warm damp cleansing cloth provided. Use the textured muslin side for oily/combination skin and for further exfoliation. Use the soft side for extra sensitive skin. Then massage 2 to 3 drops of the face oil into your face then cup hands together and breathe in for 7, out for 11 breaths. Do this slowly, a few times. Use before bed only and avoid the the eye area.
